FOS ADVISORS Internship Program?
We are regularly welcoming qualified professionals for part-time or full-time internships in our New York head office. If you feel that you meet the following qualifications and characteristics, feel free to submit your resume and coverletter to email@example.com and reference “Internship Program” in the email.
As a rapidly growing firm we consider two types of backgrounds for junior-or associate level positions: a) Technical Track (medical, scientific or engineering background) or b) Financial Track (investment banking, investment management or consulting background). We naturally consider our outstanding interns first when filling full-time positions in the firm.
Successful internship candidates should possess:
- An undergraduate degree in a medical, scientific or engineering field or, alternatively, in business administration, accounting or finance. Active students should be at least in their senior year of college or medical school
- Professional experience from prior internships or employment in a medical, scientific, banking, investment management or consulting organization
- A strong desire to learn and gain expertise in assigned projects’ subject matter, which will require self-study and independent research to get “up to speed” on certain subjects.
- A flexible mind-set and ability to handle several projects and assignments independently or with limited supervision
- The desire to contribute meaningfully to “live” projects and assignments, often under time-constraints and with little room for errors
- A pleasant and well-rounded personality that fits well in the team. An international background and foreign language skills would be a plus. You may be asked to attend client meetings internally or off-site.
- Please indicate your immigration status on your resume. Unfortunately, we don’t sponsor visa applications for internship applications.
