Arndt O. Welsch-Lehmann

Arndt is a co-founder of FOS Advisors and FOS Capital Partners and has day to day responsibilities for the investment management activities of the firm. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to FOS Advisors in conjunction with consulting and advisory mandates. Arndt is an experienced private equity investor, advisor and portfolio manager with over 25 years of business experience in banking and investment management. Arndt maintains numerous relationships with financial and strategic corporate investors worldwide.

Prior to the establishment of FOS Advisors and FOS Capital Partners, Arndt spent over 10 years as a Managing Director at CASO LP, a New York-based private equity firm, and a portfolio manager at Ambac Financial Group in New York. Arndt started his finance career as a banker at Commerzbank in New York where he was in charge of industrial and energy clients. He also completed a trainee program at Siemens AG in Hamburg, Germany.

Arndt holds a BA in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt, Germany and an MBA from James Madison University. He is fluent in English, German and French.
